Rajinikanth’s latest is highest grosser for first day collections had shattered the records of any other Tamil film at the box office. The movie screened on over more than 6500 screens worldwide had observed houseful on around 3500 screens. Kabali collection.
The rate was great as it had itself suggested that the flick is going to break records regarding occupancy in the theaters. The magic continues, and the film receives an ultimate response of never seen 80% occupancy during the first day.

During the day 1, Minting more than 28 crores as domestic collections and 22 crores as overseas earnings were never easy for any film in South India. Earnings over 21.5 crores just from the Tamil version of the movie from Tamil Nadu was a never before seen thing.
Moreover, the reports from South India’s other versions were also positive. The film earned around ₹ 9.25 Cr from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Kerala also didn’t remain behind and made film minting more than 4 crore rupees in the Kabali collection.

Not just from the Tamil market, the film had also received a bunch of applauds from the film critics in other South Indian industry which have resulted in the boom. The second-day response went a little low from the Tamil version, but it grew up from other versions.
Overseas earnings remain on the peak from the United States and Canada. With over more than 60% houseful shows during the day, tickets were also sold for prices like never before. The craze was himself witnessed by the superstar in the US on the release. Getting the biggest ever release in the US, the movie was released on over 710 screens.
During the whole day, occupancy remains between 60-70% in most of the theaters. Although there were no houseful shows as were on the opening day. No matter what, 132 crores in just a couple of days is a landmarking achievement which can not be led by any other star in the entire industry.

Kabali box office collection of day 2 might have stood a bit flat in comparison to the opening day, but they have expected a boost on Sunday. The movie can also break the record of any Bollywood film as three days weekend collection.  The film had also broken Salman Khan’s Sultan collection ever at the BO.
The film is expected to cross 500 crore benchmark in less than 3 weeks on BO. Although the earlier predictions had believed the film to cross 120 crores in the first weekend, as the record has been already shattered, Kabali collection will look for never seen 150 crores as weekend earnings.
